The plants I got showed up super quick; they were in great shape and a nice size. I put them in the ground right away, and they're thriving. I’d definitely suggest this company.

I've shopped at this nursery through their online service and also paid a visit. The staff is super knowledgeable and really helpful when it comes to all the plants they offer. They’ve got a great selection, especially some stunning, healthy peonies. The mail order experience is top-notch. It’s nice to come across genuine plant enthusiasts who go above and beyond for their customers. And I must say, the dog is adorable too! 😁

I ordered a couple of intersectional peonies in 4-liter pots. Spent 50 quid, but what I got looked more like bare root peonies. Really let down.

I'm quite satisfied with my buy so far. The peonies have been thriving since they got here. There were also some candies included as a little surprise (not sure if they were an accident during packing or if they were meant to be there), but my kids really loved it. Thanks a bunch!

I just picked up a couple of potted Peony plants for £40 from this nursery. When they arrived, the plants seemed a bit loose in the soil. My gardener planted them yesterday and mentioned they were bare rooted in a 4 and 7 litre pot. I called Sam this morning, and he was really nice, but then Billy, the owner, called me back. He claimed these had been potted in November and practically accused me of not being truthful about their condition. He was quite rude and grumpily suggested I could dig them up and return them, without even a hint of an apology. There was no indication that he might consider the possibility that I received plants that were just recently potted. I guess time will tell if they turn out alright, but honestly, this was my first experience with this nursery, and I doubt I'll be returning.

I've placed three orders with Binny Plants so far, and each time, the quality has been top-notch, plus the peonies and other plants were packed really well. They arrived safely from Scotland to Bristol :) Huge thanks! No question about it, I’ll definitely be coming back as a customer!

Dealing with this company has been a real pleasure! I ordered a couple of peonies and got a call letting me know that one wasn’t in stock, but they offered me a fancier (and way better) plant at a lower price - what a steal! I also had a nice chat about some issues I was having with my own plants. David was super helpful. The plants showed up fast, were packed really well, and were big, healthy, and well-cared-for. The larger one, an exceptional Itoh peony, had several growing points and has given me seven stunning blooms. I’ve purchased a bunch of peonies from different places, but these are by far the best!
